How much does a wedding photographer cost in Puerto Vallarta?
Our collections start at $975 USD and scale based on hours of coverage, number of locations, and additional services. Requesting a personalized quote is the best way to see exactly what fits your wedding day.
Do you charge travel fees for Sayulita or Punta Mita?
No. We include travel throughout the Banderas Bay region — Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, Punta Mita, and surrounding areas — at no additional cost. If your wedding takes place beyond this region, we're happy to discuss logistics and any associated fees.
How long until we receive our wedding gallery?
Your full gallery, professionally edited and delivered via a private online platform, arrives within 3–4 weeks. Sometimes we may be able to send one sneak peek image shortly after your session.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
We're experienced with tropical weather patterns and always have a backup plan. Most resorts and venues have covered areas that still offer beautiful light and backdrops. We'll coordinate with your planner ahead of time to ensure contingency options are in place.
Can we customize a package?
Absolutely. Our collections are starting points, and we regularly tailor coverage to fit unique timelines, multi-day celebrations, or specific creative requests. Once you submit an inquiry, we'll build a proposal that matches exactly what you're looking for.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer flexible payment structures to make the investment manageable — typically a retainer to secure your date, followed by installments leading up to the wedding.
What if we want both photography and videography?
We offer coordinated photography and videography services. Having a unified team means seamless collaboration, consistent style, and often a better overall investment than booking separately.
How many edited images will we receive?
You can expect approximately 75–100 images per hour of shooting. Every image is professionally edited and you'll receive the full gallery with unlimited downloads and printing rights.
Are albums included, or are they an add-on?
Fine art albums are available as an add-on. We work with premium manufacturers to create heirloom-quality products with a collaborative design process.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 9–12 months in advance for peak season (November through April) and 6–9 months for off-season dates. Our calendar fills quickly, especially for Saturdays and holiday weekends.
Do all Puerto Vallarta resorts charge outside vendor fees?
Many all-inclusive resorts charge fees ranging from $500–$1,500 for outside photographers, but not all. Private villas and boutique hotels typically don't. Send us a message with your venue name and we'll tell you what we know.
Do you provide RAW files?
We do not provide RAW files as part of our standard service. The edited images you receive represent our complete creative vision. If RAW files are important to you, we can discuss this as a special request.
